Benjamin Clark

A twenty-two year veteran in the food and wine industry, Benjamin has spent time as an Executive and Pastry Chef on the west coast, where his passion for wine began and blossomed. He has managed several restaurants in the Denver area, specializing in building diverse and catered wine lists, as well as managing wine cellars for individuals, creating special wine tasting and pairing events, and even planning wine tasting trips for groups. With courses taken through the International Wine Guild, he is also a certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Along with ongoing intensive self-study and time spent apprenticing at top wineries in Washington State, Paso Robles and Napa Valley, Benjamin truly loves to share his passion and expertise of wine with others.
